Chasing Scottish Golds and Rainbows Tour

Late April – August Perthshire

Package Overview

Scotland is a mecca for trout fishing with endless trout fishing opportunities to satisfy the hunger of the visiting angler. What is striking is that many of the best trout fishing locations are remote and situated in the midst of some of the most breath taking scenery. There are two main subspecies of non-migratory trout which can be caught in Scotland and these are of course the Wild Brown Trout and the Rainbow Trout. The chasing Scottish golds and rainbows tour allows you the opportunity to target both sub species of trout during two days fishing.

We at Salmon Fishing Holidays Scotland are lucky enough to have secured access to two exclusive private hill lochs in beautiful Perthshire. These lochs are set on a private estate and have the added appeal of being very remote and often you will not see another human being for the entire day apart from your fishing guide. To get the best from your Scottish trout fishing experience we recommend two days fishing with three nights’ accommodation in Dunkeld but as with all of our packages this can be tailored to suit your requirements. Many anglers return year after year to Scotland to fish for trout. This fishing trip allows you to see exactly why!

  • Two days trout fishing from a boat
  • Two exclusive lochs set on a private estate
